CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 12 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. 12+ hours' notice: No cancellation fee. Less than 12 hours' notice: A 20% cancellation fee will be charged based on the scheduled service total. No-shows: Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged a 20% no-show fee based on the scheduled service total. Life happens! If you experience an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible, and I'll do my best to accommodate your situation.
